CD109、DPC4/Smad4在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CD109和DPC4/Smad4的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)发生发展的关系,以及二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化ElvisionTMplus法检测正常食管黏膜组织、食管鳞状上皮非典型增生(包括轻、中、重度)、食管鳞状细胞原位癌以及ESCC(包括高分化、中分化和低分化)中CD109和DPC4/Smad4的表达情况。结果 (1)CD109在ESCC中的阳性表达率高于在食管正常黏膜、非典型增生和原位癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而DPC4/Smad4在ESCC中的阳性表达率低于在食管正常黏膜、非典型增生和原位癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在轻、中、重度非典型增生和原位癌中,CD109的表达阳性率逐渐增加,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而DPC4/Smad4的表达逐渐下降,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)随ESCC分化程度的降低,CD109表达增加,而DPC4/Smad4表达下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)ESCC中CD109与DPC4/Smad4的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.354,P<0.05)。结论 CD109和DPC4/Smad4与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生发展密切相关,二者在ESCC的发生发展中呈负相关。 Objective To investigate association of expression of CD109 and DPC4/Smad4 with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and correlation between CD109 and DPC4/Smad4.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of CD109 and DPC4/Smad4 in normal esophageal mucosa tissues,esophageal squamous epithelial atypical hyperplasia(including mild,medium and severe),esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in situand invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus(including high,medium and low differentiation).Results(1) The CD109 positive rate in ESCC was significanlty higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa,atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ(P〈0.05);while DPC4/Smad4 in ESCC was significanlty lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa,atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ(P〈0.05).The positive rate of CD109 was gradually increased in order of the mild,moderate,severe atypical hyperplasia to carcinoma in situ(P〈0.05);while the positive rate of DPC4/Smad4 was gradually declined,respectively(P〈0.05).(3) With the decreasing of ESCC differentiation degree,CD109 expression increased,and the expression of DPC4/Smad4 declined,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);(4)In ESCC,CD109 was negatively correlated with the expression of DPC4/Smad4(rs=-0.354,P〈0.05).Conclusion CD109 and DPC4/Smad4 are closely related to the development of ESCC,and in ESCC,CD109 is negatively correlated with the expression of DPC4/Smad4.
