肠神经胶质细胞对肠上皮屏障及肠道炎症的影响

摘要 近年来研究发现,肠神经胶质细胞(enteric glial cells,EGCs)不仅仅发挥营养和支持肠神经元的作用,而且对调控神经元生长发育、神经回路功能和细胞凋亡、维持肠道稳态过程中均起到重要作用。如对肠神经系统(enteric nervous system,ENS)进行结构及功能整合,维持黏膜上皮屏障,调节胃肠道动力、营养摄取、分泌及调节血流,参与免疫或炎性反应等。
