摘要 概述了樟树精油的辅助萃取、同时蒸馏萃取法、静态顶空、固相微萃取、以及超临界二氧化碳技术,通过对每一种提取方法的介绍,比较了其优缺点。介绍了油樟、芳樟、脑樟、异樟、龙脑樟这五种樟树精油成分,对比分析了其桉叶油素、樟脑、芳樟醇、石竹烯、α-蒎烯等含量的差异,在此基础上讨论了樟树精油提取方法研究存在的问题及发展趋势,为进一步优化樟树精油提取方法提供参考。 The extraction methods of camphor tree essential oil steam distillation, simultaneous - distextraction, static headspace were outlined. It contained organic solvent extraction, solid-phase microextraction, microwave assisted extraction, enzyme extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and supercritical CO2 technology. Through the introduction to each extraction method, their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Five types of camphor, the camphor oil, camphor, linalyl,brain, camphor, bOrneol camphor, were introduced, and the comparison of the various types of camphor tree essential oil was afford, which contained same components, like eucalyptus oil, camphor, linalool, caryophyllene and alpha pinene, etc. The problems existing inthe research and development trend of the camphor tree essential oil extraction were discussed, so as to provide reference for further optimizing the camphor tree essential oil extraction method.
