中药杠板归化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Compositions and Pharmacological Activities of Polygonum perfoliatum L.

杠板归是一种常用中药,在我国资源丰富,具有利水消肿、清热解毒、止咳之功效。杠板归的化学成分复杂,其中黄酮类化合物为杠板归的主要成分,其它有苯丙苷类、萜类和酚酸类,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肝纤维化和抗肿瘤等药理作用。杠板归应用前景广阔,本文通过综述国内外有关杠板归的化学成分及药理作用的研究进展,以期为杠板归的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Polygonum perfoliatum L. is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, widely distributed in China, with water swelling, detoxification and antitussive effects. The chemical composition of Polygonum perfoliatum is complex, whose flavonoids are the main components, accompany with phenylpropanols, terpenes and phenolic acids, which shows anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-virus, anti-hepatic fibrosis and anti-tumor effects. To provide a reference for the further development and utilization of Polygonum perfoliatum, the domestic and foreign research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Polygonum perfoliatum were reviewed.
