摘要
以四氯化钛和钨酸钠作为钛和钨源采用共沉淀-水热法合成TiO_2-WO_3纳米复合材料。实验通过调控原料合成比例,研究钛和钨不同比例对复合物吸附有机染料性能的影响。当钛和钨比为0.5,TiO_2-WO_3对亚甲基蓝(MB)具有很强的吸附能力,其最大容量吸附为160 mg/g。同时发现TiO_2-WO_3复合物对罗丹明B(RhB)展现了良好的吸附和光催化效果。因此,该复合物很有可能应用在污水处理等方面,从而成有一种有前途的吸附剂及光催化材料。
TiO2-WO3 nano-composite was synthesized with hydrothermal method by using titanium tetrachloride and sodium tungstate as a source of titanium and tungsten, organic dye adsorption performance was investigated by respectively. The ,influence of different proportion of compound regulating the proportion of titanium and tungsten. When the rate of titanium and tungsten was 0. 5, TiO2-WO3 had a strong adsorption capacity for methylene blue ( MB), and maximum adsorption capacity was 200 mg/L. Meanwhile, TiO2-WO3 complexes showed good adsorption and catalytic effect for rhodamine B (RhB). Therefore, the TiO2-WO3 Compound was likely to be applied in sewage treatment, etc, thus it had a promising adsorbent and photocatalytic material.
