摘要
采用生化酶法测定白术、白芍、甘草等10种中药的微波醇提物和水提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率,筛选出对酪氨酸酶抑制效果较强的中药提取物,并将其加入到保湿霜基质制成中药美白保湿霜,同时通过化妆品评价试验对美白保湿霜进行功效评价。确定以甘草水提取物、白术醇提物、白芍醇提物为美白剂,该美白保湿霜外观细腻、质地透明、稳定性良好,初步检测具有一定的美白保湿效果。
The whitening moisture cream was prepared with herbal extracts, a rather appropriate compound filtrated from ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, such as liquorice, atractylodes, radix paeoniae alba, etc, by tyrosinase inhibition test on the basis of the theory of enzyme of biochemistry, and the best gel matrix. At the same time, this cream was tested by cosmetics evaluation test. The compound was made up by the extract of liquorice, atractylodes and radix paeoniae alba. The whitening moisture cream showed steady quality, freckle whitening function and moisturizing effect.
