摘要
建立了微波消解-原子荧光法测定土壤中锑的方法,并对微波消解体系和消解温度进行了优化。实验结果表明,锑在0.00~20.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,当土壤取样量为0.2500 g,定容体积为50 mL时本方法牟最低检出浓度为0.02μg/g,实际样品加标回收率在93.5%~103.5%间,7次测定的相对标准偏差小于5%。本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,精密度好,检出限低,适用于土壤中锑的测定。
A microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence method was set up for the determination of antimony in soil, and the microwave digestion system and decomposition temperature were optimized. The experimental results showed that the concentration of antimony in 0. 00 - 20.0μg/L scope inside sex was good, when soil sampling quantity was 0. 2500 g, constant volume for this method sought the lowest 50 mL detection concentration of 0.02 p,g/g, actual sample standard addition was between 93.5%-103.5% , the recovery 7 times in determination of the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. This method is simple, accurate and reliable test results, the precision is good with low detection limit, suitable for the determination of antimony in soil.
