抗癌中药苦杏仁矿物元素测定-微波消解-ICP-OES

摘要 通过文献调研,知苦杏仁的抗癌机制与其含的金属元素有关。对其苦杏仁的化学成分、药理作用等进行了归纳总结.利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定抗癌中药苦杏仁中多种矿物元素,采用密封消解样品,HNO_3/H_2O_2为消解液。方法检出限为0.0~0.40μg·mL^(-1),相对标准偏差为0.71%~7.14%(n=9)。结果表明:抗癌中药苦杏仁中含有丰富的对人体有益的元素,如钾,钙,铁,镁,锌,铜,锰;且重金属含量,是符合国家食品卫生标准。 Metal elements with antitumous effect in the almond were found out and their anticancer mechanisms were investigated. Chemical composition and pharmacological effects of almond were summarized. The samples were digested by closed technique with nitric mixture solution as the digestion. Multi- element in bitter almond were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The detection limit was 0. 0 - 0.40g·mL^-1 , the relative standard deviation was 0.71% -7.14% (n = 9). The results showed that bitter almond was rich in elements beneficial to human body, such as potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, heavy metal content, was consistent with national food hygiene standards.
