摘要
对凹叶景天茎进行紫外-可见光谱定性鉴别的研究,探明其定性鉴别方法。分别以水、95%乙醇、石油醚及乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用不同的提取方法制备凹叶景天茎的供试液,分别进行紫外-可见光谱测定。凹叶景天茎有一定的光谱特征,同种溶剂不同提取方法吸收峰峰位置波动范围不大。本法操作简便,结果可靠,可为其今后制定鉴别方法提供一定的依据。
The qualitative identification of UV-Vis spectroscopy was carried out to study the qualitative identification method. The test solutions were prepared by using different extraction methods, such as water, 95% ethanol, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as the solvent, and the UV-Vis spectra were measured respectively. Sedum emarginatum Migo has a certain spectral characteristic. The different extraction methods of the same solvent absorbing the peak and peak position fluctuation range ate not large. This method issimple and reliable, can provide some basis for the future development of identification methods.
