摘要
在pH=11.0的碱性介质中,以VBL为标准物质建立了荧光光度法定量检测荧光增白剂的方法。该方法的荧光激发波长和发射波长为350 nm和442 nm,VBL浓度在0~0.8μg/mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,线性方程为F=168.56x+1.26,相关系数R^2=0.9977。纸质样品用水浸泡提取(pH=11.0),提取液离心过滤后,用荧光光度法测定了几种常见的日用纸质材料中可迁移荧光增白剂的含量。实验探索了温度、酸度和提取时间对荧光增白剂迁移量的影响。
In pH = 11.0 alkaline medium, the method for the quantitative determination of fluorescent whitening agent with VBL as the standard substance was established. VBL concentration in 0 - 0. 8 p,g/mL range was linear with the fluorescence intensity at wavelength of 350/442 nm (ex/em) , the linear equation was F=168.56C+1.26, R^2= 0. 9977, samples of paper were soaked and extraeted with water ( pH = 11.0). The extract was centrifuged and filtrated. The VBL content in paper material were determined by fluorescence method. The influence of the temperature, acidity and extraction time on the migration amount of fluorescent whitening agent was explored.
