摘要 建立了顶空气相色谱法测定地表水中环氧氯丙烷的方法。在研究过程中讨论了顶空加热温度和氯化钠加入量等因素对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明,环氧氯丙烷在一定浓度范围内线性相关性良好,方法最低检出限为0.008 mg/L,实际样品的加标回收率在92.0%~103.5%之间,符合分析测试要求。本方法操作简便快捷,方法测定结果准确,精密度高,重现性好,检出限低,适用于于地表水中环氧氯丙烷的测定。 A method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in surface water by headspace gas chromatography was established. The effects of the heating temperature and the amount of sodium chloride on the determination were discussed. The experimental results showed that the linear epichlorohydrin in certain concentration ranged a good correlation, the detection limit was 0. 008 mg/L, the recovery of actual samples were at the rates of 92% to 103.5%, with analysis of test requirements. The method had the advantages of simple and rapid operation, accurate determination result, high precision, good reproducibility and low detection limit.
