摘要
丙酮作为有机溶剂,使用广泛,丙酮回收过程中,多采用精馏塔进行分离提纯。本文采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件Rad Frac严格精馏模型对丙酮-水精馏过程进行了模拟计算,详细分析了进料温度、进料位置、进料浓度和塔板压降对精馏塔再沸器热负荷的影响,依据模拟结果对精馏塔从预热器结构优化设计、进料位置调节优化和浮阀塔板结构上进行了改造,实现了精馏过程的节能。
As an important organic solvent, acetone is widely used in many industries. Distillation unit is used for separating acetone from water solution. Aspen Plus process simulation software was Selected to analyze the distillation unit, using Radfrac model. The effects of feed-in temperature, feed-in position, feed-in content and pressure drop on REB-DUTY were also investigated. According to the simulation results, the distillation tower was reformed-by designing preheater , adjusting feed position, using oriented float-valve plate, which was' key for energy saving.
