甲醇经二甲醚等离子体制乙炔路线的探讨和模拟

摘要 等离子体法制乙炔被世界公认为极具发展前景的乙炔绿色生产技术。本文从热力学和动力学分析和探讨了甲醇经二甲醚等离子体制乙炔路线的技术可行性,同时利用Aspen HYSYS化工模拟软件对该路线进行了模拟,并与天然气等离子体制乙炔展开成本比较。结论表明,甲醇经二甲醚等离子体制乙炔路线在技术上可行,并有一定的经济价值,且在安全性和环保领域具有明显的优势。 Acetylene produced by plasma is recognized as a promising technology for the production of acetylene in the world. The technical feasibility of the route of methanol by dimethyl plasma to produce acetylene was analyzed and discussed according to chemical thermodynamics and kinetics. The route was simulated by Aspen HYSYS and the cost was compared with that of the natural gas plasma system. The result showed that it was feasible to produce acetylene by dimethy ether, and it had a certain economic value and obvious advantages in the field of safety and environmental protection.
