摘要
介绍了重苯、洗油和轻质煤焦油按照一定的比例混合,在压力8.5 MPa、氢油比1000∶1的情况下进行加氢反应。工业运行结果表明,经过加氢后的精制油品中的总硫在10 mg/kg以下,总氮在5 mg/kg以下。装置加氢产品经过脱轻、分馏后的的油品可以作为溶剂或者汽柴油调和原料,增加了原料附加值。该装置工艺流程简单,操作运行平稳,具有广阔的应用前景。
The hydrogenation reaction, with heavy benzene, wash oil and light coal tar in accordance with a certain percentage under the conditions of 8.5 MPa and hydrogen/oil ratio = 1000 : 1, was introduced. The results of industrial application showed that total sulfur content in the refined oil after hydrogenation was less than 10 mg/kg, total nitrogen was less than 5 mg/kg. The hydrogenated product after light-off and fractionation can be used as solvent oil or blend composition for gasoline and diesel, so it increased the added value of the fuel. The process, with smooth operation and running, is simple, and has broad application prospects.
