浅析工厂实习应用于高分子物理的实例教学

摘要 高分子物理课程教学内容多,概念较抽象,所涉及的知识点多而散,数学推导多,造成学习难度大。作者从高分子材料结构与性能之间的内在联系和基本规律出发,抓住聚合物结构与性能关系主线,在课堂中生动引入工厂实习阶段接触到的材料与工艺,通过增加实例教学、增加师生互动,调动学生学习积极性,引导学生思考,进一步加深对聚合物结构与性能关系的理解,从而提高学生的学习兴趣、改善教学效果。 Polymer Physics courses is difficult to learn due to its characteristics, including a wide range of course content, abstract concept, the knowledge involved in more and more scattered, more mathematical derivation. Taking the intrinsic relationship between the structure and properties of polymer materials and the basic laws' aS the starting point, the relationship between polymer structure and performance of the main line was studied and the material and process exposed in the factory internship stage into the classroom were introduced vividly. Besides, the enthusiasm of students to learn was mobilized, guided students to think and deepen the understanding of the relationship between polymer structure and performance by increasing the number of teaching and teacher-student interaction, so as to improve students' interest in learning and teaching effectiveness.
