摘要
通过有限元法获得某岸边集装箱起重机起升减速器箱体的分析数据,针对原方案分析结果中存在的强度和刚度问题,提出4种改进方案,通过改变加强筋的数量和位置,优化起升减速器箱体的受力特性,提高其强度和刚度。
The finite element method was used to obtain the analysis data of quayside crane hoist reducer housing.Four kinds of improvement programs were proposed aiming at the strength and stiffness issues of the original analysis.Through comparison,the analysis results showed that changing the number and position of the ribs can optimize the mechanical characteristics of housing,and improve the strength and stiffness of hoist reducer within the design allowable range.
