摘要
针对取料机走行机构SEW制动器使用后期故障频繁、维修费用高的问题,阐述了夹轮器制动力的计算及制动方案的改进,采用国产夹轮器对行走制动系统进行了改造,降低了维修成本与设备故障率。
The SEW brake system of the ship-loading reclaimer walking mechanism frequently breaks down and cause a high maintenance cost in the later stage. In order to reduce the maintenance cost and the fault rate,domestic brake wheel system is used to reconstruct the walking brake system. In the paper,the wheel gripper braking force calculation process and its reconstruction are specifically described.
