College Students' Employment Psychological Pressure and Adjustment Based on Value Orientation

农村劳动力的解放使越来越多的劳动力涌向城市,再加上近年来高等院校的扩招使大学生的就业成为当下亟需解决的问题之一。从个人人生发展的阶段来说,大学生正处于一个关键时期,其价值观和世界观容易受外界的影响,形成特有的价值取向,因此,大学生就业心理压力是解决大学生就业问题的关键因素。

The liberation of the rural labor force makes more and more surplus labor flock into the cities, which, coupled with the college expanding enrollment in recent years, makes undergraduates＇ employment problem become the one to be solved with urgency. Considering from the development stage in one＇s life, college students are in a critical period where their values and world views get easily influenced by the outside world to form the unique value orientation. Therefore, undergraduates＇ psychological stress from employment is the key factor to solve their employment problem.
