Exploration of the Relationship between Human Capital Investment On College students and their Career Development

作为高等学校教育的重要产出,大学生的职业发展情况受到社会、家庭等各个方面的关注,需要从量变角度对大学生的职业期望、职业自我效能、职业发展、职业成熟等进行整体性的研究,特别是职业发展和资本投资之间的关系比较重要。建立高校、用人单位、社会、个人之间的良好关系,有利于大学生的就业。

As the important output for institutions of higher education, college students＇ career development receives concerns from the society, families and so on. There is a need to take a holistic study on college students＇ career development, from the viewpoint of quantitative change, in terms of career expectations, career self-efficacy, career development, career maturity, especially the relationship between career development and capital investment. The establishment of good relationship among colleges, employing units, society and individuals is conducive to the employment of college students.
