Study on Innovation Model of Education Management on Higher Vocational Students

伴随着职业教育的不断发展,高职院校的办学模式和人才培养模式也发生了很大变化,混合所有制办学、现代学徒制培养等已成为当下职业教育改革发展的重头戏,高职院校这种多主体办学、多元人才培养模式的发展趋势,给传统意义上的高职在校生教育管理工作创新带来很大的机遇与挑战。高职在校生的整体特征突出,教育管理工作复杂,需要以创新模式应对。

Along with the continuous development of vocational education, great changes have taken place on school-running patterns and talent training models in higher vocational college. The mixed ownership of running a school and the modem apprenticeship training have nowadays become the ＂weight＂ of reform and development in vocational education. The development trend of multiagent school-running and multiplex talent training model brings great opportunities and challenges to education management innovation which is necessary to be taken for changing the traditional management due to college students＇ distinct characteristics as a whole and the complex education management in higher vocational colleges.
