摘要
选聘高年级优秀大学生担任辅导员助理,是大学生"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"的有效途径,也是学生管理工作模式的创新。由学生组成的辅导员助理队伍,它既缓解了高校辅导员的工作压力,又为学生管理工作注入新的活力。改善辅导员助理的工作环境,克服懈怠情绪,激发工作积极性,对于提高管理工作的有效性有着重要意义。
Recruiting and selecting senior excellent college students as counselor assistants is reckoned as an effective way for college students to take "self-education, self-management, self-service", and it is also the working model innovation for administration of students. The counselor assistant team composed of students can alleviate college counselors' working pressure on the one hand, on the other, it can inject new vitality for the student management work. This model innovation has great significance for improving counselor assistants' working environment, overcoming the laches, stimulating working enthusiasm, and enhancing effectiveness of the management work.
