现代教育优化发展在素质教育深化改革的基础上,对体育教育"核心素养"培育能力提升越发注重。培育受教者良好的体育"核心素养",为全民体育、终身体育构建基础的同时,优化国民身体素质结构,保证国民素质提升,是现阶段高校体育教学关注的重点。高校体育"核心素养"应从教育基础、教育手段两方面入手,构建高校学生体育"核心素养"培育体系,保证高校学生体育"核心素养"的有效构建。

The optimized development of modern education pays more attention to improving the cultivation of＂core literacy＂ ability in physical education on the basis of the deepening reform in quality education. The top concern for college sports teaching at the present stage is to cultivate students＇ good ＂core literacy＂ in physical education. The cultivation of ＂core literacy＂ is good for optimizing the structure of the national physical quality and promoting national quality at the same time building foundation for all and life-long sports. College sports ＂core literacy＂ should, starting from the two aspects in education foundation and education means, construct cultivation system in ＂core literacy＂ to ensure the effect construction of the colle~：e students＇ snorts ＂core literacy＂.
