高校意识形态工作事关国家人才培养以及国家长治久安。意识形态在教育领域的斗争在中外合作办学过程中表现尤为突出。分析加强高校中外合作办学形势与政策课教学实践的必要性和存在问题,即形势与政策课程建设发展需要丰富教学教法、中外合作办学项目发展需要提供思想动力支持、大学生人生发展需要夯实思想价值根基;并从"针对性强、国际化"的角度厘清中外合作办学形势与政策课的教学定位,整合涉外活动资源构建不同层级的教学内容,打破传统课堂理论传授拓展多样化教学组织形式和教学方式等方面提出了进一步加强高校中外合作办学形势与政策课教学实践的对策和建议。

College ideological work matters a lot for national talent cultivation and lasting political stability because ideological struggle gets especially prominent in the field of education in the process of Sino-forcign cooperation in running schools. Though analyzing the necessity and the existing problems about the teaching practice of situation policy courses on running schools by cooperation, the paper points out the following things to be done： to enrich teaching methods for constructing and developing the courses on situation and policy, to provide ideological motivation and intellectual support for developing the project of running schools by Sino-foreign cooperation, and to consolidate the foundation on ideological value for college students＇ life development. The paper also clears up the situation of running schools through Sino-foreign cooperation as well as the teaching orientation from the angles of＂being highly targeted and international＂. For further strengthening the teaching practice of situation and policy courses on running schools by cooperation, some coping strategies and suggestions are finally put forward in the paper in term of integrating resource on foreign activities, constructing teaching content with different levels, breaking the traditional teaching model as well as expanding diversified teaching organization form and teaching, methods.
