基于创业实践平台构建的实验教学改革研究

Research on Experiment Teaching Reform Based on the Construction of Entrepreneurial Practice Platform

近年来,高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,大学生自主创业的人数逐年增加,大部分高校的传统创业教育已经不能适应大学生的创业需求。创业实践平台是完善创业实践教育的首要必备条件,构建适应大学生创业需求的创业实践平台成为首当其冲的任务。从构建创业实践平台的实际意义出发,探讨目前高校在现有实验教学的基础上构建创业实践平台存在的问题,从实验室软硬件设备更新、创业师资队伍建设以及考核评价体系等方面提出了相应的建议。

In recent years, the employment situation for college graduates is getting severe and the number of college students＇ conducting self-employment is increasing year by year, which means that the traditional college entrepreneurship education can not meet college students＇ entrepreneurship requirements. At this request, it is the top priority task to construct the entrepreneurship practice platform which is reckoned as the first prerequisite of perfecting entrepreneurship practice education. This paper, starting from the practical significance of constructing entrepreneurial practice platform in colleges, discusses the existing problems about the construction work on the basis of the existing experimental teaching conditions and puts forward the corresponding suggestion in terms of the equipment update of software and hardware in labs, the construction of entrepreneurial teaching staff as well as the evaluation system.
