抗战时期新四军在苏北的文化建设——以阜宁文化村为例

抗日战争时期,新四军在苏北建立根据地,根据地群众和军队的文化水平都亟待提高,在这种情况下,大批文人相继来到苏北,军部于阜宁县卖饭曹村设立文化村,供文人学习生活,开展宣传教育,为抗战服务。阜宁文化村先后成立了文化杂志编辑委员会、湖海艺文社等组织,编写《新文化》《新知识》等杂志,对军队艺术和民间艺术活动进行改编指导。这些举措使得根据地文化呈现出崭新的一面,新四军的文化水平得到进一步提高,下层百姓和中间人士参与抗战的热情被激发出来,也对当今的文化事业发展具有重要意义。

The N4A has established bases in North Jiangsu Province in the Anti-Japanese war. There were many intelligentsia came here to help the cultural and educational development of the people and army. The cultural village had provided place for cultural study, propaganda, and war against Japan. There were many cultural organizations such as editorial committees, Hu Hal Cultural Club, and magazines that published the works of military and folk arts. These measures had brought great changes to the base, enhanced the cultural and educational levels of the army, inspired the spirit for struggle against Japanese invadors, which are of great importance for today＇ s cultural development.
