Strengthening the Financial Management Union to Ensure the Union Funds' Reasonable Use

工会财务管理是工会工作的重要组成部分,在基层工会经费独立核算的原则下,随着我国工会会计制度改革的不断深入和完善,财务管理进程的不断加快,做好基层工会财务管理工作显得更加重要。加强基层工会财务管理规范化建设,促进基层工会财务管理制度化、规范化、科学化,是增强基层工会活力,夯实工会经济基础,提升工会整体实力的重要举措。本文结合北京市总工会最新文件,研究新形势下基层工会如何更好的使用工会经费,围绕大局、保障重点、服务职工,从而推进工会事业不断稳步发展。

The union financial management is an important part of the trade union work. With the continuous deepening of the reform of labor union accounting system and the accelerating improvement of the financial management process, a good job of basic level labour union financial management work is becoming more and more important. It is the important measure to enhance the vitality of the ba- sic-level trade union, strengthen economic basis of trade unions, and improve the whole strength of the union, which we should strengthen the construction of basic level labour union financial management standardization and promote the financial management of basic-level trade unions institutionalized, stan- dardization and scientization. This paper analyzes the primary-level union how to use of trade union funds more reasonable under the new situation combining with the latest files of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, so as to promote the union enterprise steady development from the angle of the central task and overall situation, ensuring priority areas and service for staff.
