Colleges and universities should standardized the system of proposing work, attaches great importance to the proposal work quality and the implementation of the results. This paper mainly analyzes the effective ways to teachers representative conference to proposal work study, aiming to further promote teaching acting meeting to proposal work, earnestly safeguardind the legitimate rights and interests of the staff, improving the democratic management of the school.
