晋察冀艺术家的艺术精神,彰显在艺与政通的爱国精神、勇于奉献的牺牲精神、努力求道的尚艺精神、形象感人的"唯美"精神之四个维度;缘于其时其地的政风、时风、民风涵化。于当代艺术家的艺术人生颇具"学案"之义。
