Ezrin和CD44v6在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expressions and Clinical Significances of Ezrin and CD44v6 in Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma Tissues

目的探讨Ezrin和CD44v6在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中表达的意义及相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测76例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织及20例癌旁组织中Ezrin和CD44v6的表达水平,并分析CD44v6和Ezrin的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果膀胱尿路上皮癌组织Ezrin和CD44v6的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织CD44v6、Ezrin表达的平均光密度和阳性面积率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中CD44v6和Ezrin的表达水平与肿瘤的病理分级及临床分期有相关性(P<0.05),CD44v6和Ezrin的表达水平有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Ezrin和CD44v6都呈高表达,两者在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生和发展过程中发挥着重要作用。

Objective To investigate expressions and relationship of Ezrin and CD44v6 in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohistoehemical SP method was used to detect Ezrin and CD44v6 expressions in 76 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of adjacent tissues, and relationships between expressions of CD44v6 and Ezrin and elinicopathological features were analyzed. Results Positive expression rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues （P 〈 0.05）. Val- ues of average optical density and positive area rates of CD44v6 and Ezrin expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma tis- sues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues （P 〈 0. 05） Expressions of CD44v6 and Ezrin were correla- ted with tumor grade and clinical stage in bladder urotbelial carcinoma tissues （P 〈 0.05 ） , and CD44v6 and Ezrin expressions had significantly correlation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ezrin and CD44v6 have highly expressions in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues, and they play important roles in pathogenesy and development of bladder urothelial carcino- ma.
