心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者心理和生活质量的影响

Effects of Mental Intervention on Psychological and Life Quality of Patients with Advanced Tumor

目的观察心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者心理和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年10月—2016年6月收治的79例晚期肿瘤患者的临床资料。接受心理干预者40例为观察组,未接受心理干预者39例为对照组。于入院时和心理干预2周后,对两组心理状况进行评价,包括抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。两组生存质量评估采用健康调查简表(SF-36)。结果心理干预后观察组SDS评分和SAS评分均低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),SF-36各项目评分均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预措施能有效改善晚期肿瘤患者的心理状态,并提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe effects of mental intervention on psychological and life quality of patients with advanced tumor. Methods Clinical data of 79 patients with advanced tumor admitted during October 2015 and June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The 40 patients received mental interventions were selected as observation group, and other 39 patients without mental intervention were selected as control group. In two groups, mental conditions were evalu- ated at the time of hospitalization and after treatment for two weeks, which included self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score. Quality of life was evaluated using health survey table （SF-36）. Results In observation group, after mental intervention, SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05） , while SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those before treatment and in control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mental inter- vention can effectively improve psychological condition and life quality of patients with advanced tumor.
