帕罗西汀联合心理干预治疗产后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Paroxetine Combined with Mental Intervention in Treatment of Postpartum Depression

目的观察帕罗西汀联合心理干预治疗产后抑郁的临床效果。方法选择2016年9月—2017年3月就诊的产后抑郁患者200例。根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。两组均给予心理干预治疗,观察组在此基础上联合帕罗西汀治疗。评价两组治疗效果,检测治疗前、治疗6周后5-羟色胺(5-HT)和血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。并观察药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组汉密尔焦虑量表和抑郁量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组5-HT水平高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05),Hcy水平低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合心理干预治疗产后抑郁效果显著。

Objective To observe clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with mental intervention in treatment of postpartum depression. Methods A total of 200 patients with postpartum depression during September 2016 and March 2017 were divided into observation group and control group （n = 100 for each group） according to treatment methods. All patients received mental intervention, and the observation group was added with Paroxetine. Clinical effect was evaluated in each group. In two groups, 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） and serum homocysteine （Hcy） levels were respectively de- tected before treatment and after treatment for 6 weeks, and incidence of drug adverse reaction was observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treat- ment, Hamilton anxiety and Hamilton rating scale for depression scores were significantly lower than those before treat- ment in two groups （P 〈 0. 05）, and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, 5-HT level in observation group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while HCY level was significantly lower than those before treatment in same group and in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Aroxetine combined with mental intervention in treatment of postpartum depression is effective.
