A survey on an educational mode of modern apprenticeship

推行现代学徒制有利于提高职业教育人才培养质量。通过调查发现现代学徒制人才培养模式有明显优势,但推广力度不够,需要进一步开设适合现代学徒制人才培养模式的专业和课程,进一步完善校企合作机制,调动企业行业和职能部门的参与积极性,建议加强制度建设,重视学生的权益保护,强化基地建设,改革考核方式,以推动现代学徒制人才培养模式的顺利推进。

The modern apprenticeship is thought to improve the quality of vocational education. It is found through this survey that modern apprenticeship has advantages, but the promotion is not enough. Therefore, this paper argues for construction of the curriculum and proper majors that fit the modern ap- prenticeship as an educational mode. Besides, a series of incentive mechanisms including school-enterprise cooperation should be enhanced.
