摘要
文章在分析目前宁夏生态保护与建设形势的基础上,以1999年生态建设布局为起点,阐述了新的建设布局思路,提出了保护与建设的重点及实施方向,为今后一个时期的生态建设提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of ecological conservation and construction in Ningxia, this paper used the layout of ecological construction in 1999 as initial point, expounded new ideas about overall layout, put forward the construction emphasis and implementation direction of ecological conservation and construction, which could provide reference for the future ecological construction.
