摘要
构建自然保护区生态补偿机制是实现自然保护区资源环境保护和社会经济可持续发展的重要手段。以可持续发展理论为基础,阐述自然保护区生态补偿机制的概念内涵,分析自然保护区生态补偿机制构建的必要性和特殊性、原则、主客体、标准、方式和途径等,以期为建立具有可持续发展意义的自然保护区生态补偿机制提供参考。
The ecological compensation mechanism is an important mean to keep the sustainable development of natural environment resources and social economy. Based on the sustainable development theory, the paper expounded the concept connotation of ecological compensation mechanism in the nature reserve, and analyzed its necessity, particularity, principles, subjective and objective bodies, standards, patterns and approaches, etc., aiming to provide some references for its construe/inn with sustainable development.
