摘要
针对目前市场上漆包线漆膜检测设备体积大、效率低等缺点,本文设计研究出一种手持式高压漆膜检测仪,给出了相应的硬件结构和软件设计方法。该手持式检测仪以STC89C51单片机为核心,结合高压电源模块和漏电流信号检测电路,通过数码管显示出检测信息。和传统的检测仪相比,该检测仪成本低、体积小、功耗低、检测灵敏度高,同时基本符合国家规定的各项技术指标,为漆包线高压漆膜检测提供了一种新的方法。
In view of enameled wire film testing equipment of the current market with large size,low efficiency and other shortcomings,this paper designs and develops a hand-held high-pressure paint film detector. After that,the paper also gives its hardware structure and software design method. The detector regards the STC89C51 microcontroller as the core,combined with high-voltage power supply module and leakage current signal detection circuit,displays test information through the digital tube. In addition to small size,the detector also has low cost,low power consumption,high detection sensitivity.Compared with the traditional detector,the detector could basically meet the national technical indicators,which provides a new method for the enameled wire high-pressure paint film detection.
