摘要
通过实验验证了使用高灵敏度sCMOS相机进行暗弱恒星目标观测的可行性,获取多款相机极限探测能力,暗弱天体提取能力等指标;比较sCMOS相机与广泛应用于天体观测的EMCCD相机在暗弱天体观测领域的优缺点。验证了计算极限探测星等理论公式的准确性;通过对比sCMOS与EMCCD对同一暗弱恒星的拍摄图片,对使用sCMOS相机观测暗弱天体的可行性进行了有效分析。
The experiments are designed to verify the feasibility of faint stars observation using high sensitive sCMOS camera. Obtain a variety of camera parameters,such as limit detection,space target extraction capacity; compare the advantages and disadvantages of sCMOS cameras and EMCCD cameras widely used for celestial observation in the field of space target observation. Verify the accuracy of the theoretical formula of the limiting probe magnitude calculation. Through the comparison of sCMOS and EMCCD's pictures on the same dim stars,the paper also analyses the feasibility of using the sCMOS camera to observe faint objects.
