文章以快速发展的互联网时代下的图书馆为背景,描述了"互联网+"给图书馆行业带来的影响,以此思考了图书馆与"互联网+"的融合途径。重点阐述了浙江省公共图书馆"互联网+"的行动计划及其实施近一年半以来的实践与意义。

Based on the background of the rapid development of library in Internet era, this article describes the influence of Internet Plus and considers the integration of library and Interact Plus. Meanwhile, it elaborates the library action plan of Zhejiang public library as well as the practice and significance.
