摘要
读者参与公共图书馆新服务开发可以提高新服务开发的针对性、有效性和创造力。文章从读者参与公共图书馆新服务开发的相关概念出发,阐述了读者参与公共图书馆新服务开发的三种模式:读者概念源参与模式、读者全程参与的合作模式和读者全程参与的独立模式,同时,从搭建适合读者参与的组织环境、建立健全读者参与的规章制度和激励机制等方面提出了使读者更有效地参与新服务开发的具体路径和策略。
The readers' participation in the development of new services in public libraries can improve the pertinence, effectiveness and creativity of new service development, and enhance the performance of new service development. There are 3 modes that the readers participate in the development of the new service: participating in the service concept determination, cooperatively participating in the whole process, and independently participating in the whole process. In order to better realize the readers to participate in the development of the new public library service cycle, it is necessary to establish a suitable organizational environment for readers to participate, and establish perfect rules and incentives for the participation of readers.
