精胺对柞蚕丝素蛋白的阳离子化改性 被引量:1

摘要 用精胺在碳化二亚胺的介导下对柞蚕丝素蛋白进行阳离子化改性,改性后柞蚕丝素蛋白的Zeta电位由负值翻转为正值。精胺的用量占柞蚕丝素质量的6%时,能使改性后柞蚕丝素蛋白的Zeta电位达到约+8.4mV。傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱的测试结果表明,经改性后柞蚕丝素蛋白侧链上的羧基与精胺的氨基发生反应生成酰胺键。阳离子化柞蚕丝素有望作为基因传递载体,包被、压缩外源性基因后转染细胞,用于基因治疗。
