摘要
目的观察分析治疗新生儿肺出血采用高频振荡通气联合气管内注入血凝酶的效果。方法采用随机抽签法从我院2013年10月~2016年10月期间收治的新生儿肺出血患儿中抽选56例分为观察组和对照组,对照组28例患儿给予常规治疗加以高频振荡通气治疗,观察组28例患儿在对照组的治疗基础上同时给予气管内注入血凝酶治疗,对两组患儿治疗情况进行观察对比。结果治疗后发现观察组患儿机械通气时间、肺出血停止时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组患儿治疗的总有效率也明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床在治疗新生儿肺出血时可采用高频振荡通气联合气管内注入血凝酶治疗,其能够有效提高治疗效果,缩短机械通气时间、肺出血停止时间及住院时间,且安全性高,具有较高的临床治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with intratracheal injection of blood clotting enzyme in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods 56 children with neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were chosen and divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery method. The control group(n=28) received routine treatment and high frequency oscillatory ventilation treatment, and the observation group(n=28) was given intratraeheal injection of blood clotting enzyme based on the treatment in the control group. The treatment situation between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation of the treatment results showed that the mechanical ventilation time, pulmonary bleeding stop time and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). At the same time, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion High-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with intratraeheal injection of blood clotting enzyme can be used in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage in clinical. It can effectively improve the treatment effect, shorten the time of mechanical ventilation time, pulmonary bleeding stop time, hospitalization time, which has high safety and clinical treatment effect and is worthy promotion.
