CT联合MRI检查在子宫内膜癌临床分期诊断中的应用价值研究

Clinical value of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma at different stages

目的探讨CT联合MRI检查对子宫内膜癌临床分期诊断的应用价值。方法选择2015年1月~2016年1月在我院住院接受治疗的50例子宫内膜癌患者,分别观察CT、MRI及二者联合检查对子宫内膜癌及分期的诊断准确率。结果本组术后病理诊断结果为Ⅱb期15例,Ⅲa期4例,Ⅲb期10例,Ⅲc期13例,Ⅳ期8例。CT+MRI诊断子宫内膜癌的准确率、诊断子宫内膜癌分期的准确率分别显著高于CT、MRI单独检查的诊断准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT联合MRI检查对子宫内膜癌临床分期诊断具有重要的应用价值,可以显著提高临床分期的诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma at different stages. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 50 patients with endometrial carcinoma were treated in our hospital. The diagnostic accuracy of CT, MRI and combined examinations in endometrial carcinoma and staging were observed. Results The pathological diagnosis after operation in this group was 15 cases of stage Ⅱ b, 4 cases of stage Ilia, 10 cases of stage Ⅲb, 13 cases of stage Ⅲc, 8 cases of stage Ⅳ. The Diagnostic accuracy of CT＋ MRI diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and the diagnostic staging accuracy of endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those of CT and MRI, respectively, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT combined with MRI have great value in the clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma, and can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical staging.
