医学影像科住院医师规范化培训改革的探索与实践

The exploration and practice of medical imaging resident training

为改进医学影像科住院医师培养模式,建立新型的住院医师培训体系,我院借鉴美国住院医师培训制度,通过交互式网络教学平台融合国内外医学影像的优势资源,对现有影像科住院医师规范化培训进行改进,发现本科住院医师的理论知识更加扎实,临床经验增长,工作效率提高。因此,利用交互性网络教育平台,改革住院医师培训的理论学习形式及内容是多方位培养医学影像专业人才的有效途径之一。

In order to improve the mode of the radiology residents training program, build a new residents training system, our hospital learn from the residents training system of the United States, integrate with the advanced level in domestic and foreign by interactive online education platform, and ameliorate the recent radiology residents training program. As resuhs, we find residents＇ theoretical knowledge become more solid, clinical experience have grown, and work efficiency has been greatly improved. Thus we drew a conclusion that the use of interactive online education platform, reform the theory studying in form and content of residency training may be one of the effective way to grow multifaceted imaging professionals.
