中医护理措施对老年抑郁障碍者的抑郁症状及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures on depressive symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with depression

目的探讨中医护理措施对老年抑郁障碍者的抑郁症状及生活质量的影响。方法以2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的92例老年抑郁障碍患者,将其根据护理方式不同分为对照组(46例)与观察组(46例)。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予中医护理措施,对比分析两组患者护理前后GDS(老年抑郁量表)、汉密尔顿抑郁自评表(HAMD)的评分情况,护理后生活质量评分情况及抑郁症状的缓解情况。结果护理后,两组患者GDS、HAMD评分均较护理前降低,但观察组GDS、HAMD评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁症状缓解率为89.1%,高于对照组的69.6%,生活质量评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理措施在社区老年抑郁障碍者中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻患者的抑郁症状,增加抑郁缓解率,提高老年患者的生活质量,其临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures on depressive symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with depression. Methods 92 patients with senile depressive disorder treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into Control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine care measures. The scores of GDS（geriatric depression scale） and Hamilton depression self-rating（HAMD） before and after nursing, quality of life scores and remission of depressive symptoms after nursing were comparatively analyzed. Results The scores of GDS and HAMD in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before treatment. But the GDS and HAMD scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The remission rate of the depressive symptoms in the observation group was 89.1%,higher than that of the group（69.6%）, and the quality of life scores in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group.The differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine care measures in the elderly patients with depression in the community have significant effect, which can effectively reduce the patient＇s depressive symptoms, and increase the rate of depression relief, and can also improve the quality of life in elderly patients. And its clinical value is high.
