人性化护理在突发性耳聋患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing care of the patients with sudden deafness

目的探讨人性化护理在突发性耳聋患者护理中的应用效果。方法收集2015年5月~2016年6月入院的80例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者则给予人性化护理干预,比较两组患者总体治疗效果、干预前后SASRQ评分、SAS评分及护理满意度。结果实验组患者总体治疗效果评价显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后SASRQ、SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人性化护理在突发性耳聋患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing care in the patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and patients in the experiment group were given humanistic nursing intervention. The overall therapeutic effect, the SASRQ score, the SAS score before and after the intervention and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The evaluation of the overall therapeutic effect in the experiment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）; After intervention, the SASRQ and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.01）; the nursing satisfaction in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness has a significant application effect, which can improve the nursing satisfaction.
