心房颤动、肠系膜上动脉栓塞并发部分小肠、部分结肠坏死1例

1 case of atrial fibrillation,superior mesenteric artery embolization complicated with some small intestine and part of the colon necrosis

肠系膜上动脉栓塞是肠系膜上动脉被栓子完全阻塞所致的疾病,大多数患者有风湿性心脏病、心房颤动病史。此种疾病临床少见,临床表现各有差异。其诊断困难,若诊治不及时容易导致肠管梗死,甚至死亡,死亡率高达70%~80%。现提供参考病例1例。

Mesenteric artery embolization is a disease caused by complete obstruction of the superior mesenteric artery by embolus. Most patients have history of rheumatic heart disease and atrial fibrillation. This disease is rare in clinical and its clinical manifestations are different, which is difficult to diagnose. If the diagnosis and treatment is not timely,it is easy to lead to intestinal infarction and even death, and the mortality rate as high as 70%-80%. A case of reference case is available.
