甲状腺疾病的实验室检查研究进展

甲状腺作为人体重要内分泌器官,对维持人体内环境稳态发挥重要作用。甲状腺实验室检查的异常,常提示甲状腺相关疾病的发生,并且在疾病诊断、鉴别诊断、监测疗效等方面具有重要意义。随着甲状腺癌的发病率升高,临床上甲状腺相关实验室检查已作为肿瘤的辅助诊断及监测疗效和复发的相关指标。本文将对甲状腺疾病相关实验室检查的研究进展作一综述。

Thyroid gland as an important endocrine organ of the human body, plays an important role in maintaining the steady state of the environment. Thyroid laboratory abnormalities, often prompt the occurrence of thyroid-related diseases, and are of great significance for the diagnosis of disease, differential diagnosis, monitoring efficacy and so on. With the increased incidence of thyroid cancer, clinical thyroid-related laboratory tests have been used as an auxiliary diagnosis of tumor and relevant indicator of monitoring the efficacy and recurrence. This article will review the progress of laboratory tests related to thyroid disease.
