摘要
肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6,TRAF6)是肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子家族的一员,研究发现其在许多恶性肿瘤中高表达,并且在肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和凋亡过程中发挥重要作用。随着对TRAF6与不同类型肿瘤关系的深入研究,干扰或者抑制TRAF6在与肿瘤相关信号通路中的作用或许可以为癌症治疗提供新的策略。根据TRAF6的生物学特性及其在肿瘤相关信号通路中的重要作用,综述了TRAF6与肿瘤的关系,探讨了TRAF6在肿瘤治疗中的重要意义,旨在为今后以TRAF6为靶点的癌症治疗提供理论依据。
Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6)is a member of the super TRAF family. It is not only overexpressed in many cancer tissues but also closely associated with tumor cell proliferation,migration,and apoptosis. Studies on relationshipsbetween TRAF6 and different types of tumors have emerged recently,and these investigations suggest that interfering or depressing TRAF6 inthe role of tumor-related signaling pathways may provide a new therapeutic approach for the treatment of cancers. This review summarizes thecorrelation between TRAF6 and tumor based on the biological functions of TRAF6 and its critical roles in tumor-related signaling pathways,andexplores the significance of TRAF6 in combatting cancers,aiming at providing theoretical basis for the treatment of cancer by targeting TRAF6 in the future.
