摘要
针对传统瓦斯抽采钻孔封堵中存在的问题,分析造成抽采钻孔漏气的主要原因,指出提高钻孔的封堵质量是提高抽采效果的关键。在广泛调研当前封孔材料及工艺优缺点的基础上,研究将超高水充填材料应用于煤矿井下封孔,并在土城煤矿13171底抽巷成功进行了超高水材料封堵瓦斯钻孔的实验,拓展了超高水材料的应用范围,可为井下其他钻孔的封堵提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problems in the traditional plugging of gas extraction borehole, the main reasons of drainage borehole leakage were analyzed, and the it was put out that improving the quality of the drilling plugging is the key to improve the pumping effect. Based on extensive research of advantages and disadvantages of current sealing material and technology, the super high water filling material was researched to be used in the plugging of gas extraction borehole. The experiment was successful in the Roadway No.13171 of Tucheng Coal Mine, expanding the scope of application of ultra high water material and providing a reference for other underground drilling plugging..
