新型煤用捕收剂的工业应用现状

煤炭浮选是通过分选细粒煤泥,从而提高煤炭质量最有效的方法。介绍了煤泥浮选所用烃类捕收剂的作用机理及其分类情况,并对各类捕收剂的特点进行了简要阐述。介绍了FJ系列复合煤用浮选剂、TDS捕收剂、ZFC型乳化浮选药剂、ZH型复合浮选剂、N9836等几种新型捕收剂的工业应用情况。并且通过将新型药剂的药剂使用量、精煤产率、可燃体回收率等指标与传统浮选捕收剂的相应指标作对比,分析指出了这几种新型捕收剂的优势。总结了浮选捕收剂的发展现状和方向。

Coal flotation is the most effective way to improve the quality of coal by fine slime separation. The mechanism and classification of hydrocarbon flotation collector were introduced and the characteristics of various collectors were briefly described. The industrial application of FJ compound coal flotation reagent, TDS collector, ZFC emulsion flotation reagent, ZH compound flotation reagent and N9836 etc. were introduced. The advantages of these new collectors were pointed out by the comparsion of dosage of reagent,yield of clean coal and combustible recovery etc. of new indicators reagents and traditional flotation collector. The development status and direction of flotation collectors were also summarized.
