摘要
运用FLUENT软件对新型旋流微泡浮选柱模型进行单相流场模拟,通过对柱体内湍流强度和速度的模拟分析,发现将捕集段由圆柱形改成方形,有助于强化静态分选环境,增加颗粒与气泡碰撞接触概率,改善浮选效果。
Based on single phase flow field of new cyclonic micro-bubble columnsimulated by the software FLUENT, turbulence intensity and velocity of the cylinder were analyzed. It showed that changing trapping segment from cylindrical to square was helpful to strengthen the static separation environment and enhance flotation performance.
